The Perlini Carbonating Cocktail System-Commercial
The Perlin Commercial System is perfect for heavy use in restaurants and bars. It comes with three Perlini shakers and one commercial pressurizer.
The pressurizer can either be attached to a stand-alone CO2 tank, or spliced into the gas-feed line of a soda gun system. When purchasing this item please make a note to specify if you intend to splice it into your soda gun and please buy the Splice-in Adaptor Kit.
